Founder-Led Brewery Tours
Go Behind the Scenes at Ex Novo During Balloon Fiesta!
Limited dates. Limited seats. One very personal look at how Ex Novo came to be.
Join us in Corrales for a 90-minute, behind-the-scenes brewery experience personally led by the Founder and CEO of Ex Novo.
Step beyond the taproom and and beer garden and into the brewery to hear the stories, inspiration, challenges, and history behind what we do here at Ex Novo, from the person who started it all.
No two tours are quite the same. Come curious, ask questions, and get a side of Ex Novo you won’t experience from the bar.
Your Experience Includes
- Full Corrales Brewery Tour Get an inside look at how Ex Novo makes its beer.
- Founder-Led Tour Hear the story of Ex Novo directly from its founder.
- Beer Tasting Sample a selection of Ex Novo beers along the way.
